Upon trapping an allay, the game crashes

When I make a repeated noteblock sound. Under lava. then have the allay drop item into the lava (the allay is to the point of hitting the lava. And then placing slabs ontop of the lava whilist the allay is in the lava. the game just crashes an my world is soft locked. Real amazing

 

(Also don't ask why I did this in the first place it was just a science expirement)
