What I expected to happen was...:
When looking at COLORED signs, it just shows as black text, but when on an angle to the sign, it will show the proper Coloring. Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uzig_ELGlaE&feature=youtu.be

While Looking at signs

Steps to Reproduce:
(I assume it is graphic card specific)

Computer Specs are posted in youtube video description! and this happens on windows 7 and osx 10.8.4
