cannot play game after signing in

What I expected to happen was...:
i sign in and i click play and i play.

What actually happened was...:
i sign in i click play
it does all that stuff on the left and then wont let me play

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sign in put password and code
2. press play
3. then it does code on left then says please report error/file
