Players are incorrectly positioned on Server

On me and my friends' server, we appear to be inside blocks, several blocks ahead and/or behind where we actually are, can place, break or interact with stuff several blocks away and then we just teleport to that place. How did 22w16b mess up whatever that handles people's positions? ;-;
