Block Breaking Progress on breaking the insta-break blocks on it

I don't know how to explain it but I put it as the title. When you keep breaking an insta-break block on the same block it is on while you are looking at the block, the breaking progresses.

I am sure it affects other versions as well like version 1.7.10 and 1.13.2.
