Minecraft keeps freezing every 10 seconds.

As soon as I enter my world, the game gets frozen, and it takes at least 30 seconds to get unfrozen. After it gets unfrozen and I move a little bit, it gets frozen again. I haven't been able to play because of this issue. It's been two to three days since the game has been acting like this. I have enough memory space on my switch, so I know that's not the issue. Ever since the last update, the game started to get frozen. So, I wonder if it might be because of that.
