Sign's "Done" not translated as "Concluído"

I'm brazilian, sorry for my bad english.

I have minecraft translated to "Português (BR)", ok, but, when i put a sign, the text "Done" on the button is not translated to "Concluído". Every other "Done" in the game is translated to "Concluído" why sign's "Done" isn't?
