Burried Treasure Maps convert to normal maps in snapshot 22w16b

What I expected to happen was...:

A burried treasure map that I found inside a ship wreck shows the location of a treasure.

What actually happened was...:
The map instead converted to a normal map item, with no red marker to indicate a treasure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find Ship wreck and get empty burried treasure map.
2. Right Click with it in your hand
3. You should get a normal map item instead of an actual treasure map.
