Tree generate next to lava pool can cause fire to floating

In some seed, when tree generate next to lava pool and then wait, it can cause fire to floating

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Go to seed 2302182270395834168 on 1.18.2
Step 2: The lava pool will spawn at spawn, go to that lava pool and wait until the tree catch on fire

Observed Results:
You will see the fire floating

Expected Results:
You will see the fire doesn't floating
