Mangrove trees sometimes grow leaves around Y 0 when planted far below

If a Mangrove Propagule that is far below y 0 grows into a tree, there is a small chance that it grows with a "branch" high above, with no wood, only leaves, vines and propagules. This can be easily replicated by growing them in a classic flat world
