Guardians are not spawning in my loaded monuments. I went from 1.18.2 to 1.18.1 and guardians stopped spawning. I tried 2 different monuments and they are not spawning. Checked for solutions on bugs page and could not find a solution

What I expected to happen was...:
my game to keep spawning guardians the same way it used to

What actually happened was...:
guardians stop spawning after going from from 1.18.2 to 1.18.1 tested 2 different monuments that worked normal previously. I did make a backup before i did this to be safe

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go from 1.18.2 to 1.18.1
2. guardians stopped spawning after that
