Problems in chunks, artifacts and rendering

When placing and breaking blocks, the chunk is updated and render problems and artifacts are generated
-The chunk disappears
-Rendering issues, Artifacts

How to reproduce the bug:

-Create or enter a world
-Change the chunk builder to "Semi block" or "Fully Blocking"
-Place or destroy blocks.

I can confirm that This error happens on RX 580, GTX 1660, RADEON PRO 580X graphics cards. It also happens that it doesn't happen all the time, when restarting the game it didn't happen again, but later it did.
