My chat won't work even though I have the setting to everyone

For my Chat to open

What actually happened was...:
It says above my hotbar "Chat not allowed by account settings, Cannot send message"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load into multiplayer (Like a server)
2. Press T or /
3. Try and chat
