having problems downloading the minecraft

Hello! I'm having problems downloading the minecraft pocket edition. I've already asked for help in chat to a play story professional, but I couldn't fix this error. Some attempts were to clear Play story cache, see if there is any update, restart device and change network, when I try to install a text appears saying "Could not install Minecraft. Please try again. If that doesn't work, see common solutions for this problem."
