Blocks not rendering correctly/ Lines in-between Blocks

Blocks have lines between them,  This doesn't occur in 1.18.2.

 

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a world
2. fly up and look at the blocks if you cannot see the lines try and find some sand as you can see it clearer there
