Realm error - Internal Exception

I am the owner of a minecraft realm, however whenever i play i get disconnected with the message "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset". I have no idea what this means but i've spent about 8 hours over the past 2 days trying "fixes" and even updated to windows 11 to try be able to play, but it didn't change anything

What I expected to happen was...:
I would be able to actually use the service I paid for

What actually happened was...:
I am the only person who can't play on the realm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open minecraft
2. Join the realm
3. Get disconnected
