Blocks breaking delayed while sneaking on ladder

Breaking blocks while sneaking on a ladder can cause the block to be broken delayed. This only happens if you start sneaking after already being in the process of breaking a block. I tested it from versions 1.18.1 to 22w16b.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a ladder and have a block to break (easiest if under you)
2. Break the block but halfway through breaking it, start to sneak
3. Wait, until the block should be destroyed (should work with every Tool/Block that doesn't break instantly unlike tnt or slime blocks)
