[MC-250344] Some gamerule title strings within the world creation menu are improperly capitalized

The Bug:

Some gamerule title strings within the world creation menu are improperly capitalized.

The release of 22w16a capitalized the titles of the "doTraderSpawning" and "doWardenSpawning" gamerules, therefore introducing an inconsistency with how other gamerule titles are capitalized.
