The Bug:

The propagation of light is sometimes delayed when traveling across chunk borders.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a light source and enter a completely dark area.
• Enable chunk borders by pressing "F3 + G".
• Place down the light source close to the edge of a chunk border and pay close attention to how the light propagates.
• Take note as to whether or not the propagation of light is sometimes delayed when traveling across chunk borders.

Observed Behavior:

The propagation of light is sometimes delayed.

Expected Behavior:

The propagation of light would not be delayed under any circumstances.
