Mangrove trees grow even if they have a block above

When you place a Mangrove Propagule and you place a block above to prevent it from growing (Just like with any other tree). The mangrove tree will grow anyways, and it will grow not breaking or replacing the block, but leaving the block there and growing arround. This didin't happen on previous Snapshots

How to reproduce:
1.- Place a Mangrove Propagule Wherever you want
2.- Place any block above it (Including barriers)
3.- Wait until it grows (You can accelerate the process with the comand "/gamerule randomTickSpeed 300")
