java no longer on my account.

I had a previous ticket and it was said to be resolved/duplicated, yet when I went to the page there was no recommendation to fix this issue. I have redownloaded the launcher 4 times. when I redownloaded this time I no longer have any access to the Java edition through either of the launchers. I suspect this is from merging my Mojang account but unsure as to why/how.
