Moving in mangrove swamps FPS/TPS drop below normal forests

Moving in mangrove swamps FPS/TPS drop behind normal forests.
Could be worse when it rains.

Performance has improved significantly in the 23w16a, but is still lower than the normal forest.
The following are the settings:
23w16a
Y=158
Mangrove swamps
60~170 fps
TPS 72 ms max

Normal forests
100~180 fps
TPS 47 ms max

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Single Biome world with Mangrove Swamp.
2. Use ALT + F3 to view FPS and TPS.
3. Move, run or fly in the world.
