Powder Snow causes fall damage sound to be played

Landing on a block from a great height does not play the "Something fell" sound. Powder snow is an exception, where the sound does play. In the attachment, you can see that the "Something fell" subtitle only appears when landing on the Powder Snow. Powder Snow should not play the sound like all the other blocks.
