Muddy Mangrove roots can be rotated while Mangrove roots don't.

Muddy Mangrove roots can be placed directionally, while regular mangrove roots cannot be.

 

How to reproduce:

1. Place down Mangrove Roots and Muddy Mangrove Roots
2. Try placing both on the sides of blocks.
3. Check if either one rotates its texture.
4. Use F3 menu to see each blocks' Axis blockstate, the Mangrove Roots lacks that while Muddy Mangrove Roots has it.
