"distance" tag no longer works

The "distance" tag invalid.

1. Create a mangrove swamp single biome world.
2. Use the following command:

   /tp @e[type=minecraft:frog] @p

3. Use the following command:

   /tp @e[type=minecraft:frog,distance=30] @p

4. Notice that the system shows "No entity was found".
