Recovery compass is not grouped with clock in the Creative inventory

The bug

The recovery compass is not grouped with the clock in the Creative inventory despite both being informative items.

How to reproduce

1. Be in Creative
2. Navigate to the Tools tab in the inventory

Expected results

The clock would be next to the recovery compass.

Actual results

There's a fishing rod in the way.
