Mangrove trees grow through and potentially replace solid blocks

The bug

Mangrove trees grow through solid blocks. They can also replace solid blocks, both the logs and the roots (which is partially tracked in MC-249928).

Expected result

Mangrove trees would fail to grow when there's not enough space, and would not replace invalid solid blocks.
