when mangrove roots are placed next to any full block, the sprite displayed in the middle of the block appears black

when mangrove roots are placed next to any full block, a the sprite displayed in the middle of the block appears black. this can only be vieuwed from the face thet the full block is placed.

how to reproduce:

• place mangrove roots
• place a full block next to it

Observed result:
sprite displayed in the midde of the block turns completely black

expected result:
sprite should not turn completely black
