Creepers can explode in Creative mode after switching gamemode

The bug

If a creeper starts hissing due to a player that then switches to Creative, the creeper will still proceed to explode even though no survival mode player exists for it to explode due to.

How to reproduce

1. Be in Creative
2. Locate a creeper
3. Switch to Survival next to it
4. Switch back to Creative immediately as it starts hissing

Expected results

The creeper's explosion sequence would stop as the player enters creative mode, as it does when losing range and such.

Actual results

The creeper continues to explode anyway.
