Growing a Mangrove Tree with bone meal creates a ghost block

Growing a mangroove tree where the Propagule doesnt get removed by the tree, creates a Ghost Block that can be punched out. 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Grow a Mangroove tree with bone meal by hand or with dispensers
2. Repeat till you get a tree that doesnt remove the sapling
3. Have ghost block
