World Curroption went wrong

I dont know what went wrong but my minecraft world corupted like its shouldnt. I had an superflat world and on 1.17 and joined in 1.18.2 by an accident. I closed the game after the world was loaded and rojoined withe 1.17. After a few minuits i noticed that in chuks that generated new while i was there withe playing 1.18.2 are normal overworld chunks. I was thinking i can go back in 1.17 because it would reset colpletly or just nothing happens because i had no 1.18,2 secial stuff in a suoerflat world(just dirt,garss and bedrock and no new cave systems.
