Player can block any player from joining server.

Player in survivle or creative can block any player from joining to server at any gamemode.

Steps to reproduce:

Craft shulker box and 13 Book and Quil
Fill all book 100 pages of books with symbol dot (".")
Put 13 book in shulker box
if player/piston break shulker box, player(s) will get lost connection with error "Internal Exception: io.nettyhandler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.RuntineException: Tried to read NBT tag that was too big; tried to allocate: 2098159bytes where max allowed: 2097152"
Player(s) will will get lost connection with error "Internal Exception: io.nettyhandler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.RuntineException: Tried to read NBT tag that was too big; tried to allocate: 2098159bytes where max allowed: 2097152
" every time when player(s) joining server. Until item ( shulker box with books) will not removed (killed).
