Deep dark features don't generate adjacent to some blocks within mineshafts

The Bug:

Deep dark features don't generate adjacent to rails, chains, fences, or cobwebs within mineshafts. Not only does this look rather strange and unappealing, but in some aspects, it removes the mysterious environment and feel of the deep dark.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Generate a world with the following seed and teleport to the following coordinates.
• Version: 22w13a

  Seed: -2602691323840074340
  Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 29648.49 -40.00 -579.55 -1008.39 11.63

• Take note as to whether or not deep dark features generate adjacent to some blocks within mineshafts.

Observed Behavior:

Deep dark features aren't generated.

Expected Behavior:

Deep dark features would be generated.
