Sculk Shriekers obtained with Silk Touch when placed back down continue shrieking

Other than the fact skulk shriekers are obtainable with silk touch, when they're placed back down in the same spot continuously shriek. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but I think if in the deep dark biome it should summon a warden or cease shrieking.
