Second lamp in the centres of ancient cities is missing its sculk sensor

In the 1.19 experimental snapshot every lamp in the centres of ancient cities has a sculk sensor placed on top of it. However in 22w13a there is a sculk sensor missing from the top of the second lamp. This issue is present in every single ancient city.
