F3 screen Freezing

As you can clearly see, My F3 screen is frozen. No matter where I go, the debug screen stays frozen. I am not sure how to duplicate this issue other than doing it on a singleplayer world or a test server. but this bug is Kind of annoying. This is based on another issue that has been recently closed due to incomplete information.
