issue with log in with microsoft acount

every time I start up Minecraft launcher and it pop up say error messaged with Microsoft account. and I had log in, it works fine... then it still keeps say error message. 

and it still run and play..

and I had uninstall and reinstalled and restart my laptop few time this morning and still keep say error message 

it sound bugged something ? 

 

which you see on third photo i play on it.. it work fine.. i was buzzed why log in say error but it run work?
