When standing on top of a sculk sensor, the warden doesn't consistently detect you

When standing on top of a sculk sensor, the warden will only recieve vibrations from said sculk sensor half the time, even if there are no other vibration sources nearby. To reproduce, summon the warden, wait on top of a nearby sculk sensor out of the warden's reach, and notice that it won't recieve every signal.
