Players spawning in void when they join my server

My friends and I have a server, and whenever two of them try to join, they spawn falling through the ground and land in the void. After 10-15 seconds, they are kicked and it says that the connection reset. My other three friends have no problems joining, so I don't know why it only affects the two.
