Mangrove boat cannot be placed by dispenser

The mangrove boat cannot be placed by the dispenser, which is inconsistent with the other types of boat.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a dispenser with water in front. (preferably in rivers/oceans)
2. Put the mangrove boat inside of it.
3. Activate the dispenser.
The mangrove boat gets dropped instead of being placed.
