The narrator reads the word "Options" weirdly when opening the options menu

How to reproduce:

1. Enable the narrator (use Ctrl+B or find the button in the accessibility menu).
2. Open the main options menu.
3. Listen to the narrator.

 

It turns out this is an issue only with Microsoft Zira - English (United States) as the narrator voice. I don't know how or why, but it sounds normally with any other voice.
