Chests within chest boats don't produce any sounds or have any animations upon being opened or closed.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon a chest boat.

• /summon minecraft:chest_boat ~ ~ ~

• Open the chest boat and watch and listen closely as you do this.
• Take note as to whether or not chests within chest boats produce any sounds or have any animations upon being opened or closed.

Observed Behavior:

Chests within chest boats don't produce any sounds or have any animations upon being opened or closed.

Expected Behavior:

Chests within chest boats would produce sounds and have animations when being opened or closed.
