Parity: You can trade with villagers that are on fire

In Bedrock Beta 1.18.30.22 villagers were changed so that you can no longer open the trading screen while the villager is on fire. However, in Java Edition villagers' trading screen can still be opened even if the villager is on fire.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a villager
2. Place a workstation
3. Wait for the villager to choose the profession
4. Set them on fire
5. Try to open trading UI

Expected Result

Trading UI does not open.

Actual Result

Trading UI opens.
