Rain is going through froglights

I like new snapshot a lot, but there is a bug that occurs rain going through the froglights, i dont know how did this happen, but i found this in my world while making a frog farm. Screenshot is down there

As you can see, drips of water are going through the froglights, but as i tested, they can't go through even the mangrove leaves, Mojang, fix this.
