Gpu usage jumps around randomly

The gpu readings in f3 jump around about 7 to 40% very random dont know my exact gpu make but it’s a high end gaming gpu nivida 

will screen shot it when I can and upload

the two pictures are a low and a middle range but it can go higher the I found the pics were a few seconds apart
