Shriekers seem broken in 22w11a

In the experimental 1.19 snapshot. Shriekers would activate if you stood on them, or a skulk sensor activated them. You could also pick them up with a silk touch tool. In 22w11a, shriekers don't activate from skulk sensors, or from standing on them, and you can't pick the up with a silk touch tool
