Leads don't properly connect to the models of frogs

The Bug:

Leads don't properly connect to the models of frogs.

As a result of this issue, the lead appears to be floating.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a frog and attach a lead to it.
2. Look at where the lead connects to the model of the frog closely.
3. Take note as to whether or not leads connect to the models of frogs.

Observed Behavior:

Leads don't properly connect to the models of frogs.

Expected Behavior:

Leads would connect to the models of frogs.
