Shulker boxes dyed yellow do not drop when broken, not very fun

When playing, I decided to dye my shulker box yellow for my crops and things for trading. After I was finished up, I broke my shulker box to leave my base and go trade, that's when I noticed it didn't drop. The default shulker will drop and I tested a few other colors I had on deck, neither of those glitched out. I tested out yellow dyed shulker twice, and neither of them dropped. I've tried relogging multiple times, but to no avail. I am on current 1.18.2 version and using latest optifine. Please help.
