Clouds do not render inside of boats

Very closely relates to MC-118561 and MC-249040 due to both concerning translucency.

The bug

Clouds will not render inside of boats intersecting them.

How to reproduce

1. Place a block at cloud level, at the edge of a cloud
2. Place a boat on the block

Expected results

The edge of the cloud would be visible inside of the boat.

Actual results

It is not.
