Debug screen does not show the current biome's tags

The bug

The F3 debug screen shows the biome the player is currently in. However, it does not show any of the tags that biome belongs to. This is inconsistent with its displaying of block and fluid tags. Entity tags, however, are similarly affected; see MC-194544.

How to reproduce

1. Enter a biome that belongs to a given tag
2. Press F3

Expected results

The debug screen would show both the biome ID and tags that contain it.

Actual results

Only the biome ID is shown - any associated tags are nowhere to be seen.
